Our success throughout this time has seen us grow and expand as a business and this growth is set to continue throughout the remainder of 2019 and into 2020. As such we are now looking for a talented individual to come in as a MI and Data Manager.
The purpose of the role is to support the business in terms targeting the marketplace to ensure maximum traction based on customer needs. You will work closely with marketing to design and implement a strategy to penetrate the market from new angles to increase customer interest and streamline the customer journey. You should be able to explore options in other products outside of procurement by performing competitor analysis on an ongoing basis.
Day to day analysis to manage trends on customer interest, to design and implement a 12-month data strategy for the business and work with marketing to engage with relevant industries. To make recommendations for the execution of the data plan. To recommend to the Head of Product and development products and services to recommend the correct products to offer per industry and to manage the increased conversions for contact and sales. To provide market commentary and keep up to date with Industry news and regulation by producing monthly analysis data and recommendations.
Ongoing dis-positioning of data across the business and management of agent pipelines would be a continuous task to ensure all prospects are managed efficiently and in line with company expectations. Looking to assign data to the industry experts per business.
Working closely with training to ensure messages and updates are implemented within the operations and to provide our customers with industry leading information to allow them to make decisions based on business needs.
To support the development of the customer journey to ensure our customer are always engaged pre and post sales to offer the opportunity for cross selling to maximise lifetime value of the customers.
To be an ambassador of change within the business to embed new products and services into their data strategy.
To track MI for all the business in terms of the below and providing a weekly submission to senior management.
