An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and confident individual to undertake a part-time Lettings Negotiator role based in Sunderland.
The main responsibilities will involve arranging and conducting unaccompanied viewings, check ins, check outs and property inspections.
Time management and strong administration skills are a must as you will need to arrange your own diary. Experience within a Lettings Agents would be advantageous but not essential. Applicants for the role would need to be smart and presentable, able to engage with people and sales orientated.
Other duties will be to carry out general office administration, along with assisting other members of staff as required. Full knowledge of all Microsoft Packages is essential.
You must have a full UK Driving Licence. You will have use of a company vehicle for appointments which will be throughout the North East.
Part time hours are Monday to Friday, 6 hours per day. The role may increase to full time after a period.
