Client Services Manager
Full time – Permanent
£1bn+ Turnover Outsourcer
A large BPO with several sites across the UK and Europe are on the lookout for an experienced Client Services Manager to head up a team of Commercial staff based at their flagship facility in Sunderland.
The purpose of this role is to manage and develop capabilities, processes and staff as necessary to deliver a consistently exceptional service.
Day to day management of the Client Services function.
Responsibility for the delivery of customer service excellence across all key accounts.
Expert knowledge of and adherence to stringent client SLA’s.
Implementing continuous improvement projects and initiatives.
Development of the Client Services team, including training and cross-training.
Commercial offering – working closely with the Site Director and Finance Department.
Senior Management team member, contributing to the aims of the site and wider business.
Knowledge and Experience:
Degree educated in Business Management or similar experience.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and skills.
Well organised with good project management, commercial, sales and strategic planning abilities.
In-depth knowledge of customer service excellence and continuous improvement.
