A large BPO with several sites across the UK & Europe are on the lookout for an Account Executive to join the team at their flagship Tyne and Wear based manufacturing facility.
You will proactively manage allocated Client Accounts delivering a great customer experience from start to finish.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for a variety of allocated customer accounts
Handling telephone, fax, internet and e-mail enquiries
Process enquiries, sales orders and purchase orders
Liaise with Warehouse, Supply Chain, Production, Finance and Sales to ensure customer accounts are up to date
Collation and production of weekly and monthly reports
Stock management and reporting
Management of documentation and retrieval systems
Prepare and input production, purchase and sales orders
Manage pricing enquiries and supply estimates
Minimise cost and improve margin wherever possible
Highlight any emerging trends or new business opportunities as they arise
Required Skills and Experience:
World class customer service
Good problem-solving skills
Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
